Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at Seaworld by IHG

We had a fun time here. Now I cannot speak about the breakfast because we never ate here because of our tight schedule, but the place is so so clean and there is so much to do indoors. It’s sooo spacious, the front desk staff is very helpful and there is adequate parking. Free WiFi, an abundance of indoor seating to hold your zoom calls etc. The rooms are spacious, you get a refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee pods and amazing variety of hand soaps, shampoo, body wash etc…. That aspect was quite impressive. The decor is also modern chic. We will try this place again, because it is also close to so many five star restaurants and off course sea world!

stayed in 3 different hotels during my 4 night stay in Orlando. This one was 10/10. Friendly staff, good rate, clean and comfy beds, updated rooms, located directly across from sea world. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a while. Will come back for sure. $20 to park but whatever.

This is one of the top Holiday inn express locations that we've stayed at. (Of many) Check-in was smooth as expected. The room that we had (king suite) was beautiful and perfectly clean. The room has plenty of space for my wife, our 1-1/2 year old and myself. Little one has plenty of space to run around. The pool was perfect for splashing around with our little one. Free shuttles to SeaWorld was a definite plus and saves on parking. Staff was very friendly and all were working hard. Jennifer (manager) introduced herself to at breakfast and was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast itself was well stocked and there is plenty of seating and high chairs available (and clean). Overall this was a great stay and we'll definitely be back. This will be our new holiday inn to stay at in Orlando going forward

Got the room with the bunk beds. Great option for families. Just remember that there are still no doors - so privacy is minimal. But the kids get their own lamps, desk, and TV. Plenty of space. Clean rooms allergy free, mini fridge, microwave! Our microwave didn't heat - within 20 mins we had a replacement. Close to Panera, publix, dollar tree, Starbucks, and mellow mushroom. There is a shuttle to SeaWorld, you have to make reservations. We walked instead... We'll we definitely got our steps in Power was out to the entire block when we got back. They tried to make us as comfortable as they could. I would visit here again.

Hotel in general was very nice. Our bathroom was in need of some maintenance. Broken tub drain, cracked and loose floor tiles. Bathroom door had some water damage. The shower curtain was mounted so high it barely reached the tub. However the place was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needing maintenance was a minor thing. Free breakfast was good with lots of options. All in all it was a very nice stay and the location was convenient.

We booked 2 rooms, a king & double queen. To start I want to say that i'm the girlie that disinfects everything and brings her own sheets to ANY hotel. With that being said I can confidently say that this is the cleanest hotel room i've ever stayed in. There was no weird carpet or old room smells. The breakfast area & lobby was clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly & accommodating, from room service, staff maintaining the breakfast machines, to the front desk. We had a really late check in, and despite having a small issue with the key, They were able to get it resolved quickly. I also felt safe in the area (big plus for traveling with baby). Location is nice, Starbucks in the next building and sea world across the street. Disney was like 20 mins from here with the "leaving park" traffic. Overall, would absolutely stay again.

My family and I visit SeaWorld and Disney 30-40 times a year. We often stay at Hampton inn and suites or Townsend inn and suites next door. Must say this stay already is way better than our other stays. This Holiday Inn Express has NICE AC, spacious rooms and the room as a whole was super clean! We will no longer be staying at the other two hotels mentioned above moving forward. We haven't even had their breakfast yet, but even if it was horrible I'd still stay here over the other two!

This hotel is checks all the boxes! The lobby is nice and inviting with beautiful intricate lighting. My room was well-appointed and immaculately cleaned. No stains. No weird smells. The linen was ultra clean, and comfy bed. My only very small gripe is that the water pressure was low at shower. Now let me talk a bit about the staff. Fadwa's warm and welcoming spirit is the Gold Standard. She was incredibly hospitable. James was a gem. He was friendly, accommodating, and his recomendations for local eateries were on point! The included breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from. The food service attendant kept replinishing offerings as well as kept the breakfast bar tidy. I highly recommend this hotel ..it is definitely an Awesome Value.
